Diver Responsibilities
- Attend practice as required, be on time
- Help setup and take down training equipment (ie. dryland mats, stability balls)
- Ensure TBDC communications are delivered to parents
Parent Responsibilities
- Ensure divers get to practice on time
- Communicate with coaches as the need arises
- Be positive and encouraging
- Remain in the stands until after class.
- No communication with coaches or divers during practice
Coaches Responsibilities
- Communicate with parents and be positive and encouraging
Club Member Expectations
- Be respectful, positive and encouraging to all members of the dive club community
