Recreational Diving

Our recreational stream is composed of acrobatic activities, including jumping, tumbling, trampoline, stretching; and of course, diving in the pool. This is for beginners and those who do not wish to move into the competitive stream. There are two levels depending on the diver’s experience.   Once the coaches believe the diver has mastered the skills needed in the recreational stream, they are invited to enter the competitive stream.

Some divers choose to stay in recreational their whole diving career, while others goal is to become a competitive diver!  Check out our registration page to learn more!  All geared towards fun and exercise!

Recreation Level One divers usually have 1/2 hour of dry land training a week and have 1/2 hour of pool training every week.  You can pick between 1 or 2 classes a week.
